Customer Service Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is critical in building strong customer relationships, managing communications across multiple platforms, and driving product sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and experienced in handling both customer inquiries and administrative sales processes. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow in a fast paced, performance-driven IT environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to inform customers about product offerings
  • • Respond to online inquiries via platforms such as Facebook, email, and via mobile and telephone
  • • Accurately capture, manage and convert all sales leads from various channels
  • Verify customer documentation to ensure authenticity and perform additional KYC (Know Your Customer) checks
  • Ensure customer application forms are filled in appropriately before sending for processing to financial service providers
  • Proactively present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Act as official contact person on all business issues while ensuing to deliver on companies’ business target
  • Ensure that monthly assigned targets are met
  • Provide timely feedback to immediate supervisor through structured weekly and monthly reports
  • Undertake any other duties/tasks (as assigned) or responsibility required to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the job within the overall objectives

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, customer service and IT skills (MS suite)
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
  • including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving environment
  • Self-motivated to expand professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing sales presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Must have a valid driver's licence for more than two years
